ABOUT US
Adev Group Ltd is a facts-first consulting firm formed by a small group of engineers who have spent years building, repairing, and operating go-to-market systems from the inside.
The firm headquarters being formally incorporated in 2025 in the heart of the world's professional services - London, United Kingdom - to consolidate this work into a single, focused entity — designed to address a gap we kept encountering across companies and industries: modern GTM problems are rarely caused by a lack of tools, but by the absence of coherent systems, enforcement, and ownership.
We work with founders, operators, and revenue leaders who already have software in place, but still lack clarity, control, and confidence in how their revenue engine actually behaves. Rather than selling platforms, retainers, or generic advice, we design and implement revenue operating systems — modular, auditable architectures that make behavior explicit and outcomes measurable.
Our work is grounded in a simple observation:
most businesses do not have a tooling problem — they have a systems problem.
When GTM and growth are treated as engineering disciplines, companies replace guesswork with structure, and complexity with control.
Our engagements follow a strict sequence

We define KPI ownership, scope data access, capture a baseline, and isolate the single constraint that matters.
Diagnostic control

We design the architecture, logic, and enforcement mechanisms required to change behavior — not just reports.
System design

We deploy changes with rollback paths, enforce adoption, and measure impact against pre-agreed acceptance tests.

OUR MISSION
Make modern go-to-market systems accessible, understandable, and economically rational.
We believe:
-
GTM should be disciplined, not theatrical.
-
Founders should own their systems, not rent them blind.
-
Data should reveal facts, not create noise.
-
Automation should remove friction, not add fragility, and certainly not complexity.
-
Consulting should leave clients stronger, not dependent.
We exist to protect companies from costly mistakes, architectural debt, and unnecessary complexity, and to guide them toward systems that create confidence, momentum, and long-term leverage.
Every engagement is designed to leave behind three things: clarity, capability, and control.
